Getting the right work gear starts with getting the right fit.
Næxon has launched a new Size Guide designed to make choosing your size faster, simpler, and more accurate before you order.
Whether you’re sizing a welding cap for long days under the hood, choosing a welding shirt for the jobsite, picking the right pair of gloves, or finding the correct bracelet size, the new guide puts Næxon sizing information in one place.
One Size Guide for Næxon Gear
Figure 1. The new Næxon Size Guide makes it easier to measure, compare Standard or Metric sizing, and find the right fit before ordering.
Instead of searching through individual product pages or guessing which size will work, you can now use the Næxon Size Guide as your starting point.
The guide currently covers:
- Welding Caps
- Welding Shirts
- Crew Shirts
- Work & Welding Gloves
- Stainless Steel Bracelets
You can also switch the guide between U.S. Standard and Metric measurements, making it easier to use wherever you’re working.
Welding Cap Quick Size Finder
One of the biggest additions is the Quick Size Finder for Næxon Welding Caps.
Welding caps are one of those pieces of gear where a small difference in measurement can make a big difference after several hours under a hood.
Instead of trying to determine the closest size yourself, measure your head circumference, enter the measurement into the Size Finder, and the guide will help identify the closest Næxon welding cap size.
The measuring instructions also show where the tape should sit: around eyebrow level, across the widest part of the head, and including the tops of the ears.
The goal is simple: secure without squeezing.
Better Sizing for Welding Shirts
The guide also provides sizing information for Næxon welding shirts.
Næxon welding shirts use familiar U.S. workwear sizing with a regular, true-to-size fit and enough room to move while working.
If you normally wear a Large work shirt, Large should generally be your starting point. If you prefer additional room for layering or intentionally want an oversized fit, consider moving up one size.
Check the Næxon Size Guide before ordering to compare your measurements.
Crew Shirts
Næxon Crew Shirts follow the same straightforward approach.
Choose your normal U.S. men’s shirt size for a regular fit. Workers who prefer a looser or oversized fit can move up one size.
No complicated sizing system. No unnecessary conversions.
Measure. Match. Get to work.
Work and Welding Gloves
Glove sizing starts with your hand circumference.
Once you know your hand size, the guide helps you select the appropriate Næxon glove size before choosing the style that fits your work.
Næxon Welding Gloves use a longer cuff for additional wrist and lower-forearm coverage, while Utility Gloves use a shorter cuff for mobility, easier removal, and general industrial work.
The size comes first. The coverage depends on the job.
Stainless Steel Bracelet Sizing
Bracelet sizing works a little differently.
Instead of measuring around your wrist, the Næxon Size Guide explains how to measure the inside diameter of a bracelet that already fits comfortably.
Lay the bracelet flat and measure straight across the widest point from inside edge to inside edge. Do not include the thickness of the metal.
That measurement can then be compared with the available Næxon bracelet sizes.
Measure Once. Check It Twice.
Sizing shouldn’t be a guessing game.
A welding cap that is too tight becomes uncomfortable. A shirt that’s too small restricts movement. Gloves that don’t fit correctly can interfere with the work.
That’s why the new Næxon Size Guide focuses not only on numbers, but also on how to take the measurement correctly in the first place.
Before ordering your next piece of Næxon gear, take a minute to measure.
Then check it twice.
