ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS POLICY

Last Updated: July 2, 2026

At NÆXON, we are committed to providing secure, convenient, and trusted payment options for our customers. Because many of our products are sold through our official Amazon storefront, we support payment methods commonly accepted through major e-commerce platforms and payment processors. All transactions are subject to verification and fraud prevention procedures.

1. ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS

NÆXON accepts major credit cards, including Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diners Club®, and JCB®. Cards must be valid, authorized, and issued by recognized financial institutions.

2. ACCEPTED DEBIT CARDS

We accept most major debit cards, including Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Discover Debit, and bank-issued or international debit cards where supported. Funds must be available at the time of purchase.

3. AMAZON PURCHASES

Customers purchasing through the official NÆXON Amazon storefront must use payment methods supported by Amazon at checkout. Amazon orders are governed by Amazon’s own payment, billing, security, and consumer protection policies.

4. AMAZON GIFT CARDS

For purchases made through Amazon, customers may use Amazon Gift Cards, promotional credits, and store-issued credits. Please note that gift cards cannot be redeemed directly on the NÆXON website unless expressly stated.

5. BUY NOW, PAY LEATER SERVICES

Subject to eligibility and third-party approval, customers may use installment options like Affirm, Amazon Monthly Payments, and Synchrony financing. Financing terms are determined exclusively by the provider, and NÆXON does not control approval decisions.

6. VENMO PAYMENTS

Where supported by our payment processors or marketplace partners, customers may use Venmo. Availability may vary depending on your device, platform, and geographic region.

7. DIGITAL WALLETS

NÆXON may support digital wallet payments, including Apple Card (via linked methods), Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Supported options are subject to change without prior notice.

8. BUSINESS AND CORPORATE PURCHASES

Commercial customers and industrial contractors may pay using corporate credit cards, P-Cards, or approved business accounts. Large purchases may require additional verification or pre-authorized invoicing arrangements.

9. TAXES AND FEES

Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, import duties, customs charges, and currency conversion fees imposed by financial institutions. These amounts are generally non-refundable.

10. CURRENCY

All prices on the NÆXON website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. International customers may incur exchange-rate adjustments determined by their specific payment provider.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION AND SECURITY

NÆXON reserves the right to decline suspicious transactions, request additional verification, or cancel fraudulent orders. Orders with mismatched billing info or unusual behavior may be subject to manual review.

12. PROHIBITED PAYMENT METHODS

Unless expressly authorized in writing, NÆXON does not accept personal checks, cash by mail, money orders, cryptocurrency, or unauthorized wire transfers.

13. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By placing an order, customers authorize NÆXON to verify payment information, obtain authorization from issuing institutions, and perform fraud screening. Failure to obtain authorization may result in order cancellation.

14. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Customers should contact NÆXON before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account restrictions, collection efforts, and recovery of administrative costs.

15. AMAZON PAYMENT CONSISTENCY

As we primarily serve customers through Amazon, we strive to maintain payment flexibility consistent with marketplace standards. Customers should consult Amazon’s official policies for the most current marketplace-specific requirements.

16. POLICY CHANGES

NÆXON reserves the right to modify or restrict accepted payment methods at any time. The payment methods available at the time of checkout shall govern each specific transaction.
